Politics Brief : Women Elected Mayor's of Rome and Turin

It's been an interesting week in Italian politics that's seen the election of Rome's first Female mayor, Virginia Raggi. A Female mayor was also elected in Turin, Chiara Appendino.

 

Of course now comes the difficult task of cleaning up years of corruption and disfunction left by patriarchal governments, an unenviable task.
