Thoughts On Male Strippers and Social Change

Previously i had posted some of Our/our thoughts concerning Female strippers and the male audience experience. Goddess pointed out that i had promised to write a second part concerning male strippers but never actually did it. For that of course i apologize.

i think that the reason i had dragged my feet on this is that i just could not assemble a fully coherent thesis regarding this topic, the attitudes and experiences of the Female audience and the differences between the Female and male versions of this performance art form.

One of the things that made understanding the phenomena of male strip shows difficult is that they are a relatively recent development. From what i can tell having done some research on the topic they really didn’t become a common occurrence until the 1970’s along side the rise of Playgirl magazine and the mainstream Feminist movement.

Traditionally, under the patriarchy, male sexuality and sexual arousal were treated as taboo subjects. It was socially unacceptable to portray male sexual arousal. i have always found it ridiculous that the same males who proclaim themselves dominant or superior are afraid that simply revealing their sexual bits will somehow lead to the fall of civilization. Perhaps what they really mean is the fall of patriarchy and male privilege.

What really seems to be at play here is fear. The fear of males revealing their greatest weakness, the one that exposes all their macho attitudes for the nonsense that it actually is. For while a Women’s sexuality remains hidden and mysterious even when She is nude, a males sexuality is fully revealed to the world the moment the last bit of fabric is pulled away. The males fully visible arousal is an undeniable and uncontrollable testimony to Women’s sexual power over males. How can a male deny a Woman’s innate ability to so thoroughly dominate his mind when the evidence of that power is standing erect for All/all to see? There is really no equivalent overt state the male can elicit in the Female, which massively tilts the balance of sexual power in Her favor.

Add to that the exposed male ball sac, hanging there, a vulnerable, swinging target for any Female who wishes to assert Her authority. Now this may seem like a bit of a detour from the topic at hand but it does explain the patriarchal resistance to public displays of male sexual arousal, now thankfully crumbling along with the patriarchy. It also I think it helps explain what I have witnessed of the Female experience of viewing male strip shows.

It’s a very social activity.

Women attend the shows in groups and enjoy the performances collectively. One/one doesn’t often see a solitary Woman transfixed on the male dancer. Instead there is a cacophony of Feminine voices, laughter and commentary directed not just at the male displaying himself but towards each other. The Girls share comments and opinions about the males. They encourage each other to engage in risque behavior towards the boys. How on earth will We/we bridge this increasing inequality?

Well i think we actually need to forget about this notion of equality between the sexes.

i think the preponderance of evidence supports the position that Women are clearly superior to the male of the species. Even more so at the kinds of skills and talents needed in the modern economy.

So many men today seem lost, they have fallen behind in skills and education, had their careers stall or completely broken down.

This is not the fault of Women. Women have fully earned Their success through natural talent and hard work. we should celebrate Their success.

So i propose another path;

Instead of being in competition with Women males should be of service to Women.

The fact that Women are so successful and busy creates countless opportunities for males to be of service.

I believe that men like robert and myself are actually the future. we have found ways to be of service to successful beautiful Women. we use our bodies to entertain Women, our strength to do all the tasks Their busy careers don’t allow time for and our companionship is highly valued.

males need to get over this idea that we have to out-compete Women. Face it, it’s not going to happen. For millennia males have used their physical strength and outright violence to repress Women.

Then the world began to change. Women rose up and demanded equality with men.

Perhaps little did They realize They could never be man’s equal.

They could only be his better.

Seriously men, think about this.

Have you ever looked, really looked, at a beautiful Women and asked yourself honestly,

‘How can i compete with that?’

you simply can’t and i think you know it. we all know it even if sometimes our fragile male ego resists the thought.

There are so many possibilities for us in this new world.

The point is if you let go of male ego and pride then you open yourself up to a world of possibilities just by putting the Woman in your life first and supporting Women in general throughout society.

Embrace the new Female order for all it has to offer.
